
The spring meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 6:30 PM, taking place at the DeBeque Fire House. During this meeting, we will review the proposed changes to the bylaws. Below, you'll find a list of the sections we plan to discuss, though we may not cover all of them. As this is a non-voting meeting, I will not be mailing out notices. Please help spread the word to neighbors who might not have internet access.
2.04 Notice of Meetings - include that notices will be sent to email on file
3.05 Special Meetings - Board work sessions without notice
3.13 Participation by Electronic Means - add shareholders
4.02 Appointment and Term of Office (notes previously under 3.02) - staggered board terms
5.05 Transfer of Shares - add language to limit transfer to property owners or lessees
5.08 Manner of Payment and Forfeiture - charging interest on past due fees, payment plans, notifications of past due shares

Invoices for 2025 assessments and past due balances will be going out the end of April. We are working on confirming account balances, addresses, and getting online payment options set up.
